Your comfortable
first visit

On your first visit to Whitgift Dental, you will be welcomed by one of our team and asked to complete a medical history form. This is available to download and complete at home and bring along if you wish. Please bring a list of any medication you are currently taking.

Your first appointment will include:

Full dental examination
Evaluate your overall health and oral hygiene
Evaluate your risk of tooth decay, root decay, and gum or bone disease
Any relevant digital x-rays to aid and complete diagnosis
Check your bite and jaw for problems
Oral health risk relating to smoking, diet, eating disorders
Mouth Cancer Screening
