On your first visit to Whitgift Dental, you will be welcomed by one of our team and asked to complete a medical history form. This is available to download and complete at home and bring along if you wish. Please bring a list of any medication you are currently taking.
Your first appointment will include

- Evaluate your risk of tooth decay, root decay, and gum or bone disease
- Any relevant digital x-rays to aid and complete diagnosis
- Check your bite and jaw for problems
- Oral health risk relating to smoking, diet, eating disorders
